These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://raycretellc.com(the “Site”), operated by Raycrete LLC (“Raycrete LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site and our services
The Site provides information about our concrete and masonry services and lets you request a free estimate. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a binding offer or a guarantee of price, availability, or results. Any work we perform is subject to a separate written estimate and/or agreement that describes the scope, price, and terms. An estimate request is not a contract, and submitting one does not obligate you or us until a written agreement is signed. Raycrete LLC is Licensed, Bonded and Insured (ROC#347852).
2. Contact forms and communications consent
When you submit our contact or estimate form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the phone number and email address you enter. You agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email at the details you provide in order to respond to your request and discuss your project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing Raycretellc23@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the Site, its security features, or its underlying systems.
